Charity as a Loan to Allah (SWT)

Hadiths Related to Charity

Narrated by Abu Huraira (رضي الله عنه)
"The Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) said, 'The believer's shade on the Day of Resurrection will be his charity."
( Hadith Tirmithi 604)
Narrated by Abu Huraira (رضي الله عنه)
"Allah said, 'O son of Adam! Spend, and I shall spend on you.'"
(Sahih al-Bukhari 5352)
Narrated by Abdullah ibn Amr (رضي الله عنه)
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, 'Charity does not decrease wealth, no one forgives except that Allah increases his honor, and no one humbles himself for the sake of Allah except that Allah raises his status."
(Sahi Muslim 2588)
Narrated by Abu Huraira (رضي الله عنه)
"The Prophet (ﷺ) said, 'The example of a miser and the one who gives in charity, is like the example of two men wearing iron cloaks so tightly that their arms are raised forcibly towards their collarbones. So, whenever a charitable person wants to give in charity, his cloak spreads over his body so much so that it hides his fingertips and covers his footprints.'"
(Sahih al-Bukhari 2917)
